Successor Trustee Services for Final Distributions
For all necessary tasks to conclude trust administration efficiently and in full compliance with the trust agreement and applicable laws. Services include settling debts and taxes, managing or liquidating assets, preparing final accountings, distributing trust assets to beneficiaries, and formally terminating the trust:

Annual Rate: ~0.40%
Monthly Fee Range: $0 – $333
Trust Assets $1 Million to $3 Million:
Annual Rate: ~0.32%
Monthly Fee Range: $333 – $800
Trust Assets over $3 Million:
Annual Rate: ~0.24%
Monthly Fee Range: $800 – $1,000+
Hourly Rate (in addition to monthly fee): $200 per hour for all tasks related to the final administration of the trust.
Ongoing Trust Administration
For ongoing management of trusts, including those for minors, special needs beneficiaries, and vulnerable individuals. Includes regular distributions, record-keeping, tax preparation, and annual reporting:

Trust Assets $1 Million to $3 Million:

Non-Routine Tasks: Extraordinary services, such as resolving disputes, addressing complex beneficiary needs, or property management, are billed at $200/hour.
Complex Trust Management
For trusts involving sophisticated tax-saving strategies, asset protection, or high-value estates. Covers strategic management, investment oversight, and tailored beneficiary support:

Monthly Fee Range: $0 – $2,300
Trust Assets $5 Million to $15 Million:

Monthly Fee Range: $2,300 – $4,000

Monthly Fee Range: $4,000 – $6,500+
